Lake Guntersville had changed by the time I returned last Thursday.  The vegetation is breaking up on top but there is still plenty under the water. This fish hit the Ribbit frog and descended into the vegetation. Only about 1/10 of what it came out of the water with is still hanging on in the picture.

Thursday afternoon was good with 11 bass, the FOD being a 4-6. They were really blasting the Ribbit.  Friday was a different story as I only caught 7 with a 4 pounder taking the FOD honors.  A lot of hits and complete misses (airballs) as the day wore on Friday.  I left early.  You can see in the picture it is a scenic spot to fish.
