This photo was in the Leland Progress. It was taken probably in the early 70’s. Shown from left to right are Sandy Ingram, Tim Fenasci, Gus Pieralisi, Bill Taggart and Harley Metcalfe III. The subject of the article was Sandy Ingram, bass fisherman par excellence. 
Sandy Ingram’s grandson is one of my fishing partners and one of my best friends. He has all of Mr Ingram’s old tackle, some interesting stuff.
I hope he is going to save it and not fish with it. There are a lot of Bombers I know and other things that are no longer made.
